This is an ongoing membership program with new content being added on a regular basis to keep you engaged in the task of long term health.   You will accomplish this through a combination of simple lifestyle choices and advanced stress reduction techniques.   While you will be able to pick up the most basic skills to reverse many chronic conditions including anxiety, diabetes and obesity in just a few weeks, you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills and deepen your ability to control the negative effects of stress the longer you belong to the program. 

 

Some people will want to be long term members of the program, others will get what they feel they need after a few months.  So we offer both yearly and monthly memberships.  So you stay as long as you want, as long as the program is meeting your needs.   Our experience is that the best effects are seen if people stay involved in the program for at least 9 months.  That 9 month figure actually comes from Olympic trainers who are trying to make changes in their athlete students-- they've discovered it takes 9 months to build a habit you are unlikely to break.
